On 29 June 2018 in Stepanakert, the President of MIFP Giuseppe Eramo and the Principal of the Quantum College of Yerevan signed a Partnership and Collaboration Agreement. According to the homepage, the ceremony was attended by the Minister of Science and Education of Armenia and the Minister of Science, Sport and Education of Artsakh.
