ACCOMODATION
ICP2C2 will be held in Vinpearl Ha Long Bay Ressort, which is exclusively located on its own private island of Dao Reu. The island (300 m from the beach of Ha Long’s city) is connected to Ha Long city by free boat service of Vinpearl Ha Long (every 10 mins).

The luxurious 5-star Vinpearl Ha Long Bay Resort offers access to a private beach area, an outdoor pool and relaxing spa. HA LONG BAY
Ha Long Bay "Bay of Descending Dragons" is a beautiful natural wonder in northern Vietnam near the Chinese border. The Bay is dotted with 1,600 limestone islands and islets and covers an area of over 1,500 km2. This extraordinary area was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994. In 2012, New 7 Wonders Foundation officially named Halong Bay as one of New Seven Natural Wonders of the world.
Halong Bay features a wide range of biodiversity, while the surrealistic scenery has indeed featured in endless movies. Several of the islands are hollow, with enormous caves, other support floating villages of fishermen, who ply the shallow waters for 200 species of fish and 450 different kinds of mollusks. Another specific feature of Ha Long Bay is the abundance of lakes inside the limestone islands. Some of the most remarkable geological events in Hạ Long Bay's history have occurred in the last 1,000 years, include the advance of the sea, the raising of the bay area, strong erosion that has formed coral, and, pure blue and heavily salted water. Due to all these factors, tourists visiting Hạ Long Bay are not only treated to one of the natural wonders of the world, but also to a precious geological museum that has been naturally preserved in the open air for the last 300 million years. Visitors should allow a few days to explore this magical bay as its attractions are extremely numerous.
HOTEL BOOKING
For your accommodation during the conference, we strongly recommend you to book quickly your hotel in Ha Long since this will be the high season for both Vietnamese and foreigner tourists. The conference provides booking service to participants.
The Vinpearl Ha Long Hotel on Dao Reu island where the conference will take place is now almost fully booked for the conference period. On the other hand, the access to the island from Ha Long city is very easy (boat shuttle service every ten minutes and this service will be free of charge for all conference participants) and the island is really close (less than 5 minutes by shuttle). Thus every hotels on Ha Long street, Bai Chay ward can be an alternative choice.
TRANSPORTATION
The easiest way is to fly to Ha Noi (Noi Bai international Airport which has direct connections to many international destinations). The conference provides car booking service to go from Noi Bai International Airport to Ha Long or Ha Noi centre.
Participants can also take a taxi from Cat Bi international Airport to Ha Long city (60 km).
To get to the conference venue, ask the driver to drop at the checking point of Vinpearl Ha Long on Bai Chay beach. Boat service of the Ressort for Dao Reu island is at every 10 mins and is free for every participants of the conference.
